Description:

1. Manage key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
2. Deal with escalated queries and complaints.
3. Handle complex clients and complex order processing.
4. Resolve complex queries promptly and accurately.
5. Oversee the end-to-end order process, maintaining attention to detail.
6. Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and production teams.
7. Proactively identify and address potential service issues.
8. Prepare and present regular customer service performance reports.
9. Drive process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
10. Train and mentor junior team members to uphold service standards.

Profile:

1. Proven experience in a senior customer service role, ideally within manufacturing or B2B environments.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems.
6. A proactive problem-solver with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Offer:

Salary of circa £30,000 to £35,000 plus excellent package.
