Chubb Fire & Security have an exciting and newly created opportunity for a Senior Customer Experience Advisor / Complaints Handler to join our Customer Excellence Contact Centre team based in Blackburn (BB1 2PR), on a full time, permanent basis, where you will be dedicated to managing customer complaints via multiple channels including email and telephone.

SALARY: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum DOE + Benefits | Hybrid Working Available
What You Will Be Doing As Senior Customer Experience Advisor
As a dedicated Senior Customer Experience Advisor you will be responsible for the investigation and management of customer complaints and external satisfaction via various channels including email and telephone. You will work with internal stakeholders to review and respond to complaints.
WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday
