Senior Customer Care Coordinator Job in Northampton

New opportunity for a Senior Customer Care Coordinator to join the customer care team of a national housebuilder, based from their office in Northampton. Offering a salary of up to 36,000 plus bonus and wider benefits!

Established over 50 years ago and now operating from 10 offices across the Midlands, East Anglia, South West, and North West. This housebuilder now employs over 1,000 people and delivers over 4,000 homes annually across 9 regions. They are now seeking a driven individual with strong customer service experience to join their Customer Care team at the Northampton office and help take it to the next level.

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Handling incoming calls, correspondence, and emails related to customer care
  2. Assessing and resolving complaints promptly and effectively
  3. Scheduling appointments with the appropriate technicians, suppliers, or subcontractors
  4. Ensuring completed work meets customer expectations and standards
  5. Keeping records accurate and up to date using internal systems
  6. Managing work categories efficiently while controlling costs
  7. Preparing for invoice processing and issuing contra charge letters
  8. Raising any persistent or recurring issues with senior management
  9. Supporting End of Defect Inspections and warranty claim procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Previous experience in a customer care role ideally with a house building company
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  3. MS Office proficient
  4. Experience using Sitestream would be an advantage
  5. Knowledge of the construction industry is desirable.
