Job description

Senior CRM and Loyalty Manager
Salary up to £70,000
12-month maternity contract
Brighton 2 days, 3 days from home

Talent Hub are managing the search for this CRM and Loyalty Manager position, joining a retail brand who are evolving and moving through an exciting chapter of change. This position is a hybrid position, and it is a 12 month maternity contract, we are looking for a May 2025 start date, if not before.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Set the strategy for the trade campaign programme, which will be delivered by the CRM manager across email, SMS & Direct Mail.
  2. Deliver the strategy to achieve increased customer revenue, satisfaction and retention through trade and trigger communications alongside CRM manager and CRM agency.
  3. Deliver the role out of the current loyalty programme to the new technology platform and build the strategy to optimise and relaunch the programme.
  4. Have ownership for the CRM and Loyalty roadmaps with IT, Digital, eCommerce and retail teams to drive incremental revenue and drive Customer Lifetime Value.
  5. Deliver trade and engagement driving initiatives to customers across CRM channels, Digital, eCommerce and retail.
  6. Team management to support CRM manager & Loyalty manager in driving the delivery of the strategy, and to ensure revenue targets are met.

What you will need for this Senior CRM and Loyalty Manager position:

  1. Previous experience in a Senior CRM or Loyalty Manager position for a retail or beauty brand.
  2. Experience of creating loyalty and CRM strategies ideally from an Omni Channel retailer.
  3. Experience in agency management as well as delivering commercial results and ROI.
  4. Leadership experience managing a CRM or loyalty Manager in previous positions.
  5. Experience of using Klaviyo (or SaaS CRM platform) would be useful but not essential.
