About the Role:

This senior-level position, reporting to the Head of Marketing, is designed for an individual with extensive experience in creative strategy and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate should be adept at translating brand goals into bold, visually compelling narratives that set our brands apart. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to build leading consumer brands through high-impact creative direction across multiple disciplines, including video, photography, graphic design and packaging.

·Create and Implement a Bold Creative Vision: Develop and execute a cohesive creative strategy that solidifies our brand identity and resonates deeply with our audience.

·Transform Product Features into Brand Narratives: Craft engaging visuals and storytelling assets that simplify complex product features into compelling consumer messages.

·Lead and Inspire a Multi-Disciplinary Creative Team: Manage and mentor a team across graphic design, photography and video, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

·Strategic Alignment with Market Trends: Develop creative strategies that align with evolving market trends and brand objectives, ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.

·Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product development and other departments to ensure creative concepts are on-brand and communicate our key messages effectively.

·Oversee Production from Concept to Delivery: Manage the end-to-end creative production process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

·Analyse and Optimise Creative Impact: Collaborate with the marketing team to analyse performance metrics and consumer insights, continually refining our creative output for maximum impact.

Candidate Requirements:

·Proven Experience in Brand Building: Demonstrated ability to shape and grow consumer brands through high-quality, impactful creative strategies.

·Exceptional Creative Ideation and Execution: Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to bring original, creative ideas to life, driving brand growth and consumer engagement.

·Multi-Disciplinary Experience: Extensive background across multiple creative disciplines.

·Leadership and Team Development: Exceptional leadership skills with a history of inspiring and enhancing the creative output of team members.

·Production Management Skills: Proficiency in managing creative productionprocesses, ensuring smooth project delivery within set timelines.

2nd Stage – A one-hour interview where you can expect competency questions. In most cases this is held in person.
