Senior Cost Accountant | Manufacturing | North Hampshire | £60,000 - £75,000

Are you a costing expert with a passion for driving efficiency in a manufacturing environment? This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cost Accountant to join a growing business in North Hampshire, where you'll play a key role in financial control, cost analysis, and strategic decision-making.

The Role:

1. Own and develop standard costing models, ensuring accuracy and relevance
2. Provide detailed cost analysis to support pricing, profitability, and operational efficiency
3. Work closely with operations and finance teams to drive cost-saving initiatives
4. Monitor variances, including material, labour, and overhead costs, identifying trends and opportunities
5. Support month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting with accurate cost data
6. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting standards

What We're Looking For:

1. Qualified or Part-Qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with strong costing experience
2. Manufacturing sector experience is essential
3. Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
4. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
5. A proactive, problem-solving approach to financial control and cost optimisation

Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + benefits
