Senior Corporate Governance Operations Manager
Salary: London - circa £90,000 / National - circa £80,000

The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of the team’s strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader Governance Function’s transformation plan.
A bit about the job:
This role involves engaging with senior stakeholders, leading complex projects, and encouraging a high-performing team culture to develop and optimise processes to improve the operational efficiency of the Corporate Governance team. This includes assessing workflow automation, process mapping and training and knowledge management.
The role will also be responsible for optimising technological capabilities and ensuring that operational processes are continuously improved. This includes driving the implementation of new technology and maintaining technology solutions that support the Governance Function. By engaging with internal and external collaborators, the position holder will successfully lead projects related to technology upgrades, system integrations and operational improvements.
Aviva operates a “smart-working” policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office, and this role can be based in London, Norwich or York.
