Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external clients, colleagues, and other business contacts.
Provide assistance and, where required, oversight of junior team members.
Co-ordinate all aspects of board governance matters including the preparation of notices/agendas and obtaining directors’ availability; collate and distribute meeting packs.
Attendance at meetings and drafting minutes, resolutions, and matters arising for routine and transactional matters.
Carry out all aspects of board governance matters, including client on-boarding, maintaining internal systems and databases, company secretarial matters, and responding to day-to-day client correspondence.
Maintain accurate records for all entities administered including contact information, shareholder details, and processing all changes thereon.
