Salt have partnered with an innovative financial services business that is looking for a Senior Copywriter to join the team. You’ll be able to translate complex financial writing into clear and concise copy that resonates with a diverse audience.

You’ll be working across varying marketing channels including CRM, social, web and blogs.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop creative, impactful copy across digital, social, and CRM campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging with brand goals.
• Maintain a distinctive brand voice while adapting tone for different channels and audiences.
• Lead content strategy execution and contribute fresh, innovative ideas.
• Manage and mentor a copywriter, ensuring top-quality output from the Creative Studio.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting for agency or brand within financial services sector.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-impact campaigns.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Keynote.
• Passion for financial markets, technology, and storytelling.
