The Firm

The Role
- An exciting opportunity for a property fee earner to join an excellent firm in Blackpool
- You will join a team of experienced fee earners
- You will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions to include: sales and purchases, help to buy, re-mortgages, new builds, lease extensions and buy to let
Requirements
- You will be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- You will have at least 2 years experience in residential property
- You will be a team player
- You will be confident managing your own caseload of property matters
