Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager for our client based in Woodley.

Role: Senior Contracts Manager

Location: Woodley, Wokingham

Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 per annum + car allowance

Our client is a leader in commercial space solutions, specialising in design and build, facilities management, relocations, small works, and furniture. They are looking for a dynamic Senior Contracts Manager to join their growing team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  1. Monitoring implementation and performance of contracts to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
  2. Training, supervising, and managing the contracts team for optimal performance.
  3. Maintaining and improving contractual records to keep everything up to date.
  4. Supporting the Head of Operations with various tasks as needed.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks Will Involve:
  1. Preparing tenders and commercial bids to attract new business.
  2. Developing and presenting compelling project proposals.
  3. Meeting with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  4. Estimating budgets and timelines for upcoming projects.
  5. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating business contract terms.
  6. Managing construction schedules and dealing with unexpected costs.
  7. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and project managers.
  8. Ensuring all parties understand their roles and responsibilities.
  9. Monitoring project progress during site meetings.
  10. Ensuring compliance with technical standards and regulations.
  11. Overseeing invoicing processes at project completion.
Key Attributes You Bring:
  1. A solid understanding of the construction industry, design and build (or similar) background is desirable.
  2. Knowledge of legal documentation and contractual obligations.
  3. Strong leadership and business management skills.
  4. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
  5. Initiative and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
  6. Proficiency in maths and IT to assist with budgeting and planning.
