Job Description

Reginald Gray, recruiting on behalf of a key client, is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to join their Special Works Division. This is a strategic, leadership-level role overseeing multiple Contracts Managers and driving the successful delivery of projects.

About the Role:

As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the division’s operational and commercial strategy. You will oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial refurbishment projects, typically valued between £50,000 and £500,000, ensuring consistent performance, profitability, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing and mentoring a team of Contracts Managers, providing leadership and support
2. Overseeing the strategic delivery of multiple projects across the division
3. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
4. Driving operational efficiency and identifying opportunities for improvement
5. Maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
6. Collaborating with senior leadership on business growth and strategy

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Manager or Contracts Manager with multi-site oversight
2. Strong background in refurbishment projects within residential and/or commercial sectors
3. Demonstrable leadership and team management skills
4. Commercial acumen with the ability to optimise project performance
5. Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and quality regulations
6. Ability to influence and collaborate at a senior level
