Job Description
A well-established company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This role is available on a hybrid working basis, you’ll be likely to work 3-4 days in the office.
As a Senior Contracts Manager, you’ll be developing specification of the outsourced service alongside your Team Lead. You’ll also review and validate payment applications, ensure contract specifications are followed whilst leading contractual discussions and clarifications with suppliers. Additionally, you will assist the commercial team with invoice information and oversee ensuring projects are correctly mobilised in terms of budget.
To succeed as a Senior Contracts Manager, you’ll need contract management and planning experience within Fire Stopping and/or Fire Doors. You should be able to build strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, possess good negotiation and communication skills, and have experience in meeting commitments and deadlines while being a team player.
As a Senior Contracts Manager, you’ll be on a salary up to £60,000 per annum dependent on experience. In addition, there are other benefits included such as a good pension scheme and a true commitment to your development and career progression.
