Lutine Bell are a growing Recruitment Consultancy based in Sussex. We work with a range of financial services companies across the UK & Europe, providing specialist senior recruitment solutions within the Audit, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance and Legal sectors.

Due to consideration growth and demand in the business, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our growing Interim team.

You’ll be responsible for:

1. Interviewing & placing Interim candidates into senior level positions
2. Providing expert, specialist advice to candidates
3. Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing candidates, ensuring you fully understand their career needs.
4. Following the company sales process, completing necessary documentation when progressing opportunities, ensuring all company systems are kept up to date.
5. Achieving and exceeding your KPIs and sales targets, actively contributing towards the success of Lutine Bell

What we are looking for:

1. A confident, self-motivated and entrepreneurial sales professional who has the tenacity and resilience to thrive in a competitive environment
2. 4 years+ agency recruitment experience, experience in the cited sectors is a plus
3. Outstanding communication skills, you will be comfortable with presenting high-level solutions to C level candidates over the phone, video conferencing or in person.
4. Outstanding presentation skills - both in person, telephone and in writing.
5. A team player who ensures a high level of internal communication, celebrates success and supports other members of the team and the business when required.
