ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Content Manager is a highly motivated individual with experience in content production, distribution and inbound strategies, possessing both creative and analytical skills. This global role is pivotal within the Marketing team, responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive content strategy that amplifies the company’s voice, enhances brand perception and engages key audiences across multiple touchpoints.

Reporting to the VP of Brand & Communications, this role will lead content creation and storytelling initiatives to increase brand awareness, build industry interest and support business growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Lead and partake in the creation and distribution of high-quality content (reports, blogs, eBooks, website, newsletters, etc.) across multiple platforms and segments, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and optimal audience engagement throughout multi-touchpoint communication journeys.
  • Act as the editorial lead, ensuring all content produced meets brand standards, maintains quality and is aligned with messaging guidelines, including content from other teams and third-party sources.
  • Collaborate with the product team to create compelling product-related content, including blogs, case studies, customer stories and launch materials.
  • Analyze and report on content performance, identifying optimization opportunities and providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across product, sales, customer success and marketing to ensure alignment and buy-in for forward-looking content plans, tactics and campaigns.
  • Implement SEO best practices across website and online content to increase quality site visits and click-through metrics, optimizing content for search visibility and user engagement.
  • Define KPIs and goals for content initiatives, generating regular reports to measure and communicate the performance of content activities while providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Continuously improve content production processes, ensuring the correct tools are in place along with timely and efficient delivery of content and social media initiatives.
  • Manage external resources, including freelancers, ensuring content projects are completed on time and meet brand standards.
  • Effectively manage the budget for content initiatives, maximizing efforts and ROI while ensuring fiscal responsibility.

ABOUT YOU

Who You Are:

  • English native speaker.
  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful strategies.
  • Strategic ability to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with business goals and drives measurable results.
  • Excellent communication skills with exceptional writing, editing and storytelling expertise, with an eye for detail and a passion for creativity. EN native preferred.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement strategies and emerging trends.
  • Strong user knowledge of Wordpress and GA4. Semrush or similar platforms a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset, skilled in using analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-informed decisions.
  • Experience or strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, and beauty industries, with a deep understanding of their dynamics and trends is preferred. Experience in B2B or Saas/tech is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience applying them to content creation and website management.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

We are a global and highly diverse team – distributed in six different countries, with multiple nationalities and varied expertise – and we always work collaboratively to understand each other in a "global" way to achieve the best results as one team. The Marketing team works daily on the ideation, production and distribution of campaigns to attract the Launchmetrics' target audience.
