We are looking for a Senior Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to work in our Paisley office, you may be a Consultant looking for the next step in your career to progress to in our career development program to Senior Consultant.

Role Overview

Working with team of consultants, developing their careers, You will develop new business, build great relationships, attend visits and presenting to new and existing clients, maximising revenue streams with clients, negotiating and closing business.

At the heart of what we offer clients is a desire to provide a first-class recruitment service, correctly providing the appropriately trained and skilled staff to meet their operational requirements, be that a skilled position or multiple hires.

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities.

• Taking new bookings from clients and liaise with the relevant departments
• Generating new sales leads
• Booking client visits to discuss AM2PM products and services.
• CV Searching, booking interviews and interviewing candidates.
• Managing your database daily with activity, including references.·
• Ensuring inductions, paperwork and administration are compliant.
• REC guidelines and AWR and Home Office Rules & Regulations.
• Utilising the company CRM to track progress and capture activities.
• Experience preferably in recruitment, n must have great communication skills, be a self starter and people motivator, have ambition to drive sales and lead a team forward to more successful and create a positive work environment reflecting our company ethos of honesty, openness and integrity.
