Our Education team offers consulting services and technology solutions to help schools, school districts, and state education agencies/ministries of education promote student success, improve programs and processes, and optimize financial resources. We work with clients to ensure all students have what they need to succeed.
Services:
The Senior Consultant will take a client-centric view and apply a consultative approach to understanding and solving complex problems faced by state and local education agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of state and local strategies that expand PCG’s impact on teaching and learning across the New Jersey and New York region. The Senior Consultant will provide local leadership, partnership, and expertise in supporting state education agency and school district clients in their efforts related to special education, strategic planning, data management and use. While a remote role, it is expected that the successful candidate reside within New Jersey or New York, have a strong reputation within that region, and be able to travel to client locations as needed to meet with and support clients.

Compensation:
As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role: $80,000-$125,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
