This is an ideal opportunity for a Conference Producer who is eager to step up, take ownership and initiative of end-to-end content production and help us take our portfolio of products to new heights. This will range from conducting in-depth industry research to designing agenda themes; securing top-tier speakers; and building strategic relationships with the local market influencers, playing a vital role in building experiences that make a lasting impact.

  • Innovation & Creativity: Continually look for ways to make each event unique and memorable, using creativity to solve problems and elevate the attendee experience.
  • Client Relationship Building: Strategic alliance and partnership management to help us establish key networks in local markets.

  • Working proficiency of written and spoken Portuguese is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Energy and Oil & Gas industries is highly desirable.

  • Highly organised with strong project management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Be open to challenges, making confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and client relationship management.
