Senior Conference Producer

Location: Hybrid, London

Leading financial events business seeks a highly talented and experienced senior conference producer to join their team. If you have a background in conference production (2 years +) and have experience in researching a market, ability to meet tight deadlines, and a commercial mindset, we would be keen to hear from you.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Carry out high quality primary research with industry leaders to develop unique programme content.
2. Advisory panel meetings and running programme planning meetings.
3. Sourcing, inviting, confirming and briefing the highest calibre of speakers.
4. Speaker care administration.
5. Curate exciting content.
6. Working closely with the marketing team to generate innovative and amazing content to support conference marketing campaigns.
7. Shape new session formats that are innovative and interactive.

Profile Required:

1. An excellent track record in conference production, ideally 2 years +.
2. Ability to meet deadlines and work comfortably under pressure, managing multiple projects.
3. Strong academic background.
4. Fluency in Spanish is a major advantage.
5. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent copy-writing skills a plus.
7. Must have the ability to manage professional internal and external relationships.
8. Energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated.
9. Excellent attention to detail.
10. Entrepreneurial spirit and a readiness to take responsibility for your work.

Salary: £47,000 - £55,000 + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits
