Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-functional collaboration – work closely with marketing, sales, and operations to drive event success.

About You:

• 2+ years’ experience in B2B conference production, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
• A strategic thinker who can spot and capitalize on industry trends.
• Skilled in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, speakers, and sponsors.
• Strong understanding of event revenue models, sponsorship, and audience engagement.
• Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple events while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
