We are currently recruiting for a Senior Conduct And Customer Outcomes Lead to join our established and experienced team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
As part of the Customer and Operational Risk Management (CORM) team within the UK & International Chief Operating Office (UK&I COO), your role is to support the Conduct and Customer Outcomes team, ensuring good governance, processes, and controls across Personal, Commercial, and Specialty Lines.
You will develop a high-performing team that supports the business in delivering positive customer outcomes, while also overseeing adherence to policies and regulatory requirements through training and guidance.
You will drive improvements in conduct frameworks, regulatory approvals, and delegated authority governance. Responsibilities include monitoring adherence, reviewing conduct risk assessments, and supporting regulatory change implementation.
Your role also involves enhancing compliance reporting and providing clear, actionable recommendations. Engaging with senior stakeholders, you will set expectations, oversee issues, and escalate risks where needed. Your guidance will help embed a good risk and control culture, ensuring customer-focused strategy-making across the organisation.
You will have experience in senior leadership roles within risk, conduct, or compliance guidance, providing constructive task to senior stakeholders and strategy-makers. With a background in highly detailed, regulated organizations, you bring a good understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and governance, risk, and control frameworks, particularly in conduct and product oversight.
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable, along with familiarity with large-scale operations. Additionally, experience working on programs, projects, or within change environments is beneficial.
