Are you an experienced Senior Compliance Officer looking for a leadership role in a dynamic, growing organisation? This firm is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join their evolving Risk and Compliance function.

The Role

This is a key role, central to ensuring continued compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to internal standards. You'll be conducting compliance monitoring reviews, advising on regulatory obligations, and playing a vital role in developing their Annual Compliance Monitoring Plan. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will contribute to the development and improvement of monitoring procedures and support the wider Compliance function through horizon scanning, policy enhancement, and advisory responsibilities. Your work will help shape a culture of integrity and best practice across the business. You'll also assist in regulatory compliance matters, new business sign-offs, CDD reviews, and the ongoing review of their high-risk jurisdiction list.

This role reports directly to the Head of Risk & Compliance. Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in a compliance role
• Foundation in monitoring and/or audit within FCA regulated or similar financial services environments
• The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
