Arthur are delighted to be working with a leading Insurance Broker in the London market as they seek a Senior Compliance Manager to join their growing team.

Reporting into the Head of Compliance, you will be a strong generalist Compliance person with a particular focus on keeping abreast of all FCA regulatory developments.

Main Duties
  1. Staying on top of the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging regulatory developments.
  2. Consistently improving compliance strategies and solutions in order to best deal with evolving regulatory environment.
  3. Providing comprehensive training to business units on new compliance processes and requirements.
  4. Engaging with colleagues across the business to receive first-hand feedback, provide updates, and ensure alignment with compliance projects.

  1. Able to communicate complex requirements in a way that is concise and engaging across the business.
  2. Able to use own judgement based off of past experiences when outcomes are uncertain.
  3. Have the ability to consider how decisions affect the business.
