Oakleaf is partnering with a global consultancy firm in search of an experienced EMEA Compensation professional. This is a newly created role and will be supporting the continued growth and success of the EMEA region, partnering with colleagues around the world.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Compensation Associate:
Manage compensation programs across the EMEA region, working in partnership with global colleagues.
Provide guidance to business partners and people teams on all things compensation related, including the interpretation of salary data, benchmarking, and analysis of offerings.
Work with the global team in delivering all core compensation activities - annual merit increases, bonus calculations, equity, and incentive programs.
Support the global reward strategy by bringing insights and ideas from the EMEA market.
Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to ensure competitiveness in the market.
Advise people partners and talent acquisition teams to ensure effective use of compensation data - job levels/grades, job codes, and job titles.
Develop analytical models for compensation projects.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in core compensation activities both for the UK and EMEA markets.
Exceptional analytical skills and strong knowledge of Excel.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, with the confidence to build and deliver presentations.
Ability to translate complex data and information into valuable insights.
