We're looking for a full time Senior Marketing and Communications Officer to join us in the South Lincolnshire Portfolio, consisting of Belton Estate, Woolsthorpe Manor & the recently reacquired Grantham House.
You'll be required to work some weekends and bank holidays.

You'll join the Visitor Operations & Experience team, working alongside the Welcome Manager, Programming & Partnerships Officer, Fundraising Officer & Volunteering & Community Officer.

What you'll be doing
You'll deliver our existing marketing and communications plan as well as develop our future strategy. You'll work with the whole portfolio (Belton, Woolsthorpe & Grantham House) to develop engaging content for our channels and co-ordinate the knowledge of activities taking place across our properties.
You'll work closely with the Marketing Communications cluster lead consultant, and we expect you to develop relationships with local stakeholders, including media as required.
As part of this role, you'll help the portfolio work beyond its geographic boundaries; through digital outreach, partnerships, livestreaming and supporting our collection loans by highlighting major exhibitions where they can be seen.
We have a very ambitious programming strategy set out that needs your support to make sure to reach the right audiences.
You'll be part of the duty management rota where you'll be responsible on the day for the smooth running of the property during opening hours, acting as the main contact point for staff, volunteers, and customers in case of emergency, enquiry or complaint.
