Description
Reporting into the Journals Programme Lead, the role is responsible for the operational and strategic delivery of Emerald's Cases journals, focusing on increasing output, impact, and where appropriate, alignment to the SDGs and Emerald Goals.
In addition to line management of one colleague, the role works closely with the Product, Content Solutions and Marketing teams and is a member of the Cases Business Partner group, ensuring company-wide awareness of new and existing cases, competitions and partner relationships, and to help optimise sales, usage and reach for the Cases product portfolio.
There will also be opportunities to be involved in department or wider business-led project work.
Location: We perform at our best when we feel trusted and are able to choose an approach to working that suits us best, which is why we are a remote-first company. However, we also believe in face-to-face collaboration, and our UK colleagues meet once a month for team time and quarterly for company get-togethers in our Leeds office, so we ask that you be within a commutable distance that you are comfortable with in order to attend the office on those occasions.
