Are you experienced working in a Senior Commercial role? Do you want to influence decisions in a large-scale company working directly with the CEO?

If successful, you will be joining a multi-national engineering company focusing on commercial heating including CHP. You will work directly under the CEO and Deputy CEO providing your expertise to further business development.

Your role within the company will involve providing crucial commercial support to sales, projects, and maintenance teams, including contract negotiation and risk evaluation, while managing customer and third-party commercial issues. The position requires working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a high volume of projects and maintenance agreements, and reporting to the CEO with daily oversight from the Associate Commercial Director.

The ideal candidate will hold a Foundation degree or HND in a relevant construction or business field, alongside at least three years of experience in construction contract management. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of industry legal documentation and experience with construction contracts.

The Role

1. Support sales, projects, and maintenance commercially.
2. Manage client/third-party commercial issues.
3. Negotiate contracts and assess risk.
4. Work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

The Person

1. Strong understanding of industry legal documentation.
2. Experience with construction contracts.
3. At least three years of experience in construction contract management.
