Senior Commercial Manager (Civils and Renewable)

Salary: to £160k + benefits + excellent bonus

Based: London (SW1), with some travel

A commercially astute Senior Commercial Manager is needed to join an exciting Renewable Energy company, delivering major projects throughout the UK.

The role will see you elevate your career in the dynamic field of renewable energy with a pivotal role at the forefront of the industry. Working closely with the Group Commercial Director, you will be tasked with overseeing a major project which will see you work closely with the Project Director and delivery teams. You will be central in shaping up the project in pre-construction, and then ensure the commercial targets are kept and maintained throughout the delivery phase, along with leading and building a commercial team around you.

The project is an innovative, exciting set of engineering works that will involve major earthworks, tunnelling, water and structures with the value being in the region of £1bn.

Suitable Experience for the Role:

1. Currently undertaking a Senior Commercial Manager or Project Commercial Director role with a leading UK based Civils Contractor
2. Excellent NEC experience
3. Good eye for detail and the ability to spot commercial opportunity
4. Ideally degree qualified and RICS / CICES
5. Good client interfacing skills
6. Have a structured career history
