Job description

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our team. This hybrid role offers flexibility to be based in either Bradford or Leeds. You will be expected to work in the office at least two days a week.

The Senior Commercial Manager will be pivotal in driving the growth objectives of Liberty Blume Business Solutions. This role involves collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all commercial agreements meet the desired business outcomes. Additionally, the Senior Commercial Manager will act as the commercial subject matter expert within the organisation, fostering and enhancing commercial awareness and best practices.

What will you be doing?

  • Oversee the review of commercial quotes in alignment with established pricing principles.
  • Collaborate with operational delivery and enterprise systems teams to integrate key operational drivers into commercial agreements.
  • Create and implement a commercial reporting framework to aid decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including Finance, Legal, Business Integration, Product, and Sales.
  • Develop and implement a commercial risk assessment framework.
  • Design and maintain commercial quoting tools.
  • Serve as the product owner for Oracle Time & Labour, ensuring it is suitable for driving commercial performance analysis.
  • Prepare business cases for large commercial deals.

Preferred

  • Degree-level education.
  • Experience with commercial contracts.
  • Prior experience in senior commercial roles.
