Job description

We are currently working with a market leading technology-based business looking to add into their growing commercial team. We are actively recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager. The main objective within this role is to act as a commercial interface, managing key business-to-business relationships, clients, and suppliers. Providing commercial insights, supporting profitable growth whilst driving the business's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end process for new contracts and bids entering the business.
  • Renegotiating and aligning terms accordingly.
  • Renewing and exiting new and existing suppliers accordingly.
  • Identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies.
  • Negotiating, drafting, editing, and approving contract documentation.
  • Undertaking CDD checks for new suppliers.
  • Reviewing current processes, making recommendations where applicable.
  • Ensuring all contracts and documentation are accurate and commercially sound.
  • Mitigating risk whilst reviewing contracts to identify gaps or issues and opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, including Sales, Procurement, and Operations.

Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 DOE with excellent benefits and hybrid working.
