Senior Commercial Litigation Senior Associate, West End

We are working closely with a boutique West End firm, who are looking to hire a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate.

About the Firm:

This specialist practice focuses on dispute resolution and commercial litigation and has an excellent reputation, working across industries including finance, technology, energy, and construction.

They have attracted top solicitors out of the City and have exciting plans to continue their growth this year.

They offer a high level of flexibility and an adult working environment – generally an expectation of 50% working from home/the office.

About the Role:

You will be joining an expert team who work across a range of disputes including shareholder, contract, and director disputes, as well as injunctions, intellectual property, and crypto disputes.

They deal with high-quality work and offer a strategic approach to every client to identify the best way to resolution, either through negotiation, ADR, or litigation.

They have recently hired 2 junior solicitors so there will be a good level of support and structure in the department. There is a pathway to partnership on offer with this firm.

Ideally, we require an individual with wide-ranging experience who is looking for a position with autonomy and responsibility, working alongside supportive and established lawyers at the firm – for progression and development within commercial litigation law this could be an excellent opportunity for your consideration.

Requirements:

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Trained in a reputable commercial litigation team.
• England & Wales (or common law jurisdiction) qualified Solicitor 7+ PQE
• Excellent ability to work independently as well as in a team
