Senior Commercial Lawyer

Remote working

Rate: £55-65 p/hr (can be OUTSIDE IR35)

Start date: As soon as possible

Sellick Partnership are working with a highly reputable Local Authority in the Midlands who are seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join them on a long term locum basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced local authority lawyer to join a friendly and supportive team.

The duties of this role will involve:

1. To provide high-quality, timely legal and commercial advice to the Council
2. Advising on public procurement and the new regulations
3. Supporting with the delivery projects and handling construction contracts
4. Dealing with grants and other commercial documents
5. Handling company and corporate matters
