F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. With over 2000+ studios globally, it is the fastest growing fitness franchise in the world currently, having only been started in 2014 in Sydney, Australia.

F45 High Street Kensington is on route to be set up as the brand's most premium studio worldwide. Working for this branch will be the pinnacle of working within the F45 network.

The coaching teams at our studios are the face and driving force behind our incredible communities. Your role is all about creating exceptional customer experience within the F45 framework.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsibility for coaching world-class sessions to the membership base.
  2. Relentlessly executing the highest levels of customer service.
  3. Maintaining the cleanliness of studios and changing rooms.
  4. Monitoring the quality of studio equipment.
  5. Ensuring daily checklists are complete and reported.
  6. Participating in external duties regarding events.
