Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join a dynamic team responsible for the ongoing operation, maintenance, and support of a leading cloud platform. This role is crucial in ensuring the platform's stability, assisting with post-sales technical delivery, and supporting customers with their cloud infrastructure needs.

As a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will collaborate with Technical Design Authorities, Architects, and Customers to develop architectural requirements, design solutions, and provide subject matter expertise when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and support the cloud platform to ensure high availability and performance.
2. Assist in post-sales technical delivery and ongoing support.
3. Work closely with the Managed Services Lead to align platform architecture with customer needs.

Experience:

Demonstrable experience in operating technical infrastructure within enterprise environments, including:

1. VMware ESXi
2. VMware NSX -T
3. Cisco UCS
4. Windows Active Directory (AD) infrastructure
5. Infrastructure Management and Monitoring (e.g., SNMP, logging, configuration backup, capacity planning)

This is a remote role but you must be commutable from my client's office in Hook. You must be able to drive, possess excellent communication skills, and have the right to work in the UK.
