This pivotal role is key to coordinating and managing a multidisciplinary Paediatric Research Team, working closely with the Clinical Research Matron and the wider research network to oversee a diverse portfolio of clinical trials. As a senior member of the team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality research, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and meeting both local and national research targets. You will also have line management responsibilities for the Clinical Research Delivery Team, supporting their development and ensuring effective day-to-day operations.
