Do you have experience in working with clients with psychosis and looking for a new challenge?
The Early Intervention in Psychosis Team at the Oxford Health Foundation Trust is looking for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist on a full-time basis (although part time/flexible will be considered).
You will have a Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology and will be HCPC registered and BABCP accreditable. Previous experience in working with clients with psychosis and their carers using a CBT framework is essential.
The post holder will work as part of an inclusive, dynamic and highly specialist psychological therapy team serving the clients of the Oxfordshire Early Intervention in Psychosis Service. The role involves delivering NICE-recommended individual cognitive behavioural therapy (CBTp) to clients with psychosis, and family intervention (FI) to clients with psychosis and their carers. Post-graduate training or experience in CBTp and FIp is required, and we are looking to support the post holder to develop their skills in delivering these interventions.
At the core of the role is clinical leadership and the post holder will provide clinical supervision and consultation to other members of the multi-disciplinary team, and will be able to contribute to audit, service development and clinically-relevant research.
