The postholder will work with the wider MDT, internal and external stakeholders including care homes and families to support those who are experiencing a crisis and present with behaviours which challenge within their own environments.
The post holder will clinically lead the staff working in the team and work with the team manager and the older people's mental health leadership team to support people to get their needs met in a proactive manner.
The successful candidate will be experienced working with older people with mental health needs and or dementia.
