NHS Senior Clinical Fellow Stroke Vacancy

We have been assigned by an NHS Hyper-Acute Stroke Unit (HASU) in Hertfordshire to help them recruit a Senior Clinical Fellow in Stroke Medicine on a 12-month NHS Fixed Term basis.

The department has recently been designated a hub (HASU) and will progress from receiving approximately 700 attendances per year to 1,100. This post is available immediately on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The post holder will be encouraged to participate in audits, presentations, and teachings. Although this post is not recognized for training, the appointee will be encouraged in their training and development within the role.

Applicants must hold full GMC registration and a licence to practice. Applications from those wishing to work part-time or job share are welcome.

Recent £150m major facility investment includes a new Emergency Department, Cardiology Centre (includes 24/7 PPCI services), Scanning Centre, Chemotherapy unit, Endoscopy, and theatre blocks.
