The postholder will understand the direction of the business and how objectives are managed; monitor response time and client/introducer feedback, funds and targets; support delivery of growth strategy and take operational decisions; minimise risk exposure; liaise with teams on performance and development needs; ensure absence, discipline and leave policies are adhered to; contribute to product development roadmaps and ensure general user platform queries are easily resolved; work with marketing regarding social media content; contribute to moving leads through the sales process by leads to applications, new accounts opened and accounts funded.
