Playing a crucial role in developing executive-level relationships within the NHS, our Senior Client Development Manager directly impacts the retention and expansion of NHS SBS's market coverage!

Leading contract negotiations and ensuring the successful delivery and compliance of contracts, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a dedicated portfolio of NHS clients. In this dynamic role, the focus will be on contract renewals, service revenue growth, and delivering continuous value to clients through innovative digital solutions. You will lead all aspects of contract management, identifying cross-selling opportunities and making sure to coordinate future service development plans for long-term revenue and growth.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Building and championing strong executive-level relationships with NHS clients to ensure sustained growth and contract retention.
  2. Leading contract renewals, discovering opportunities to cross-sell services, and driving new revenue streams.
  3. Be responsible for contract delivery, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met, while providing coaching and guidance to client teams.
  4. Developing and implementing tailored account strategies, aligning client needs with internal goals and resources.
  5. Coordinating contract negotiations to make sure terms align with company objectives and client expectations.
  6. Monitoring and resolving any contract performance issues to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
  7. Actively contributing to sales campaigns, promoting the adoption of new services and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
What you'll bring:

  1. Demonstrable experience in client partnership at a senior level, within a BPO or public sector organisation.
  2. A strong background in sales, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing high-value contracts.
  3. Ability to influence and establish relationships with partners at all levels.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Solid understanding of negotiation techniques and contract management standard methodologies, alongside a familiarity with applicable procurement regulation and contract law.
It would be great if you had:

  1. Familiarity with healthcare technologies and digital health solutions.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Commutable distance from one of our offices, travel will be as and when required. The portfolio of accounts will be based in the South (Kent, Sussex, Surrey, South Central etc.)

Security Clearance Level: DBS

Salary: up to £70,000 per annum (depending upon experience and development needs)
