North Scout are partnering with a boutique Consultancy who are seeking a Client Partner to drive business growth and develop strategic client relationships within Financial Services, Insurance, or the Public Sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a consultative Sales professional with a strong track record of selling people-based solutions to corporate clients.

The Company

This growing Consultancy delivers outcome-based project services, working closely with clients to provide tailored solutions that drive real business impact. With a reputation for excellence across multiple sectors, they offer a dynamic and collaborative environment where expertise and relationships are key. Most of their engagements are based on technology and transformation.

The Role

  1. Developing and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders in Financial Services, Insurance, or the Public Sector.
  2. Understanding client challenges and positioning the consultancy’s services as the ideal solution.
  3. Managing the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation, including SOW / fixed-price / outcome-based solutions.
  4. Working closely with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  5. Driving revenue growth while maintaining a consultative, solution-focused approach.

The Candidate

  1. A proven background in selling people-based solutions (consulting, professional services, or managed services) to corporate clients. A background in Staffing and Recruitment would be an advantage.
  2. Experience of selling into Financial Services, Insurance, or the Public Sector, with an established network in one or more of these areas.
  3. A consultative sales approach, with the ability to develop bespoke solutions that address client needs.
  4. Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with senior decision-makers.
  5. A results-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering real value to clients.
