Senior Client Manager

Our client seeks a Senior Client Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for overseeing client functions and ensuring the delivery of client-centric services within the Client Support, New Business, and Payments teams.

This role involves collaborating with key business partners and stakeholder groups across the organisation to ensure that clients and intermediaries remain the focal point throughout the provision of regulated account opening and client operational support services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of client functions to support the strategic and operational goals of the business.
2. Maintain a strong focus on AML to ensure the delivery of services within the regulatory framework.
3. Work closely with key business partners and stakeholder groups to ensure client and intermediary needs are prioritised and met.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all client-related activities.
