Type of Position: Senior Client Experience Executive - Weybridge
Pay: £30k - £40k

Senior Client Experience Executive - Weybridge

Our client is looking for a Client Experience Executive to join their team. You will play a vital role in delivering the exceptional service their clients expect. This position will be hybrid working, with our client's main office situated in Weybridge.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the smooth running of assigned portfolio on a day-to-day basis.
  2. Develop, maintain and cultivate a constructive and professional relationship with clients and insurers at all levels.
  3. Co-ordinate administration of schemes including renewal accounts, membership data, market reviews, claims, and medical underwriting processing.
  4. Maintain client records and data in line with Secondsight systems and protocols.

Candidate Specification

  1. Financial services or employee benefits experience is essential.
  2. Previous experience of delivering an exceptional client experience within an Employee Benefits or Pensions administration role.
  3. Knowledge of group personal pension schemes and salary sacrifice is desirable.
  4. Knowledge of pension, group risk and healthcare schemes.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail.
  6. Broad understanding of Financial Services, including Employee Benefits and Individual advice.
  7. Able to communicate effectively with multiple teams, to ensure good client outcomes & efficiencies.
  8. Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
