Overall role:

Responsible to Line Manager for handling major accounts and the joint management of the Aviation team to achieve the performance targets of the Divisional business plan, managing HR issues for the team, being the senior advocate in conjunction with the MD and Senior Team for the Division, maintain local compliance, regulatory and quality practice standards and assist in the development/introduction of new and existing business.

Critical Knowledge & Experience

1. London/International market experience preferably in broking and account servicing. Exposure to large international corporations; technical insurance.
2. Extensive Aviation Class of Business, including Airline, Airports and General Aviation classes. Structuring of cover and placement.
3. Experience in slip production and certificate issuance
4. Knowledge of OpenTWINS

Critical Qualifications

1. Minimum technical insurance: Cert CII or equivalent.
2. LLMIT or LM1 and LM2 or equivalent experience

1. People Management experience
