An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Administrative Support professional to join their Corporate Parenting Team. This full-time position involves providing essential administrative assistance across various Children’s Houses, ensuring efficient operations and communication. Salary: £25,847 - £27,301 per year

Based within the Corporate Parenting Team, Airdrie, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support within this team and across all five of the Children’s Houses. You should have experience in word processing, with good keyboard and information technology skills, as well as good organisational and communication skills, both oral and written. You should also have the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding all aspects of work.
Moderate experience of working within a clerical/administrative environment with knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential, while an HNC/SVQ Level 3 in Administration, or equivalent, previous supervisory experience, and knowledge of personnel policies and procedures are desirable.
You will require to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.
