Job Description

Eames is currently working with a Global Carrier on the appointment of a Senior Adjuster into their team in London. This individual will be joining the technical claims team, handling complex and high value international energy & construction claims. The book is varied and includes traditional energy risks, as well as a growing renewables portfolio. Our client leads a lot of business, so experience operating in a lead market would be beneficial, but not essential.

Responsibilities:

Manage an international portfolio of Energy & Construction claims, evaluating policy liability and negotiating settlement of claims.
Maintain relationships with the carrier’s current clients, and develop relationships with new clients, as well as with internal stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with third parties, such as loss adjusters, solicitors, and brokers.

Required Experience:

Must have experience handling large and complex Energy or Construction claims - with a good knowledge of both lines.
Thorough experience interacting with brokers and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
