First People Solutions is working with a leading consulting engineer in Manchester who is seeking a talented and motivated Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team.

This is a chance to contribute to impactful projects within Custodial, Education, Commercial, Leisure, and much more.

You will be an experienced Senior Engineer with strong skills in producing technical designs, specifications, and reports for projects of varying size, type, and complexity. In this role, you will guide design teams, maintain close relationships with clients, and assist in achieving development targets.

What we need from you:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering
2. Chartered status or working towards
3. Experience managing civil engineering teams/projects and delivering them on time
4. Strong expertise in roads, civil infrastructure, and/or drainage design
5. Proficiency in Microdrainage, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD software (desirable)
6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively with cross-functional teams
