Senior Civil Engineer

Are you an experienced Civil Drainage Engineer who feels overlooked for an Associate role in your current company? This is your chance to step up and take ownership of the civil engineering division within a well-established civil and structural engineering consultancy.

The Opportunity:

• You’ll work alongside the Associate Director as the sole Civil Engineer, with the potential to lead and grow the civil team organically.
• Be involved in high-value projects (£2M - £70M) across residential, commercial, healthcare, and education sectors in the Southeast.
• Play a key role in the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to completion.

Your Role:

• Lead the civil engineering function, developing drainage solutions using Civils 3D & InfoDrainage.
• Collaborate with public and private sector clients to deliver high-quality designs.
• Work closely with the structures team to ensure seamless project integration.

What You’ll Need:

• 7+ years of UK experience in civil drainage design.
• Strong expertise in Civils 3D & InfoDrainage.
• A desire to take ownership and drive team growth.
• Hybrid working (3 days in-office, 2 from home).
