Senior Child Care Lawyer

Service Care Solutions is currently working alongside a forward-thinking local authority based in Greater Manchester. They are looking for a Senior Childcare Lawyer to join their expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst legal experts and progress your career.

This role pays a competitive rate of £45-£55 an hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a Senior Childcare Lawyer:

• Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
• Preparing legal documents and correspondence.
• Advocacy skills to represent the Council in contested proceedings.

About you as a Senior Childcare Lawyer:

• Qualified with at least 3 years of experience in childcare law.
• Drafting legal documents to a high-quality standard.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
