Paramount Personnel is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Chef de Partie to join its client, a prestigious restaurant within the Cullompton area.

Well known for its use of locally sourced and self-sourced ingredients, the successful Senior Chef de Partie will be a passionate chef who enjoys working with fresh and local ingredients. An establishment with an incredible reputation, you will have a natural ability to create exceptional dishes with an ambitious approach for career progression.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, adhering to restaurant processes.
• Maintain a clean and organised work station.
• Assist with the development of junior chefs including demi/commis chefs.
• Ensure compliance with all food and safety regulations.

An establishment that prides itself on a strong teamwork ethic, the successful candidate should be a team player with a positive attitude, a strong understanding of classic and modern culinary techniques, and a willingness to learn.

Due to the nature of the location, it is important that the successful candidate has a valid UK driving licence and access to their own transport.
